Shipping and Pre-Order Policy
Thank you for shopping with Card Must! We are based in Langley, BC, Canada, and currently ship to Canada and the United States. Please review our shipping and pre-order policies carefully before making a purchase.
1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped the next business day. However, please allow 1-3 business days for processing, especially during holidays, promotions, or peak seasons.
- For pre-order items, processing will begin once the product is in stock.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
- We ship from Langley, BC, Canada, using reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.
3. Pre-Orders
- Combined Shipping: If you purchase pre-order items alongside in-stock items, all items will ship together once the pre-order product is released. If you need in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
- Estimated Shipping Dates: Pre-order shipping dates are estimates only and may change due to product availability or supplier delays. We will notify you of any significant changes.

Cancellations:
- By Us: We reserve the right to cancel pre-orders due to unavailability or other issues. We will never cancel a pre-order to relist the product at a higher price. If we cancel your order due to supply issues, we will offer the products once it comes back in stock at the previously quoted price.
- By You: If you wish to cancel a pre-order, contact us at fabrizio@cardmust.com. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
- Payment: Pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. If we cancel a pre-order, you will receive a full refund.
4. Delivery Times
- Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters).
- If your order is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly for updates.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Card Must is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
- If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- Packages are insured up to $100. For claims exceeding this amount, you may need to work directly with the carrier.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
- The original shipping fees will not be refunded.
8. International Shipping (USA)
- Customers in the United States are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
- Delivery times for US orders may vary depending on customs processing.
- Card Must is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs.
9. Holiday and Peak Season Delays
During holidays, promotions, or peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times.
