Due to the nature of our services (Pokemon Rip & Ship), all sales are final. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be refunded or canceled unless we are unable to fulfill the order due to our own error. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

We do not accept returns or refunds based on personal preference, dissatisfaction with pull rates, or changes of mind. Any exceptions to this policy are at our sole discretion.
